The architecture of Panos Panayiotou and his studio is redefining the whole notion of building design in Cyprus. Panos hte mastermind of some of the most exciting and interesting projects to have ever been constructed on the island. Currently, his superb i-Home development is well under construction in Limassol with a spate of new high-rises, such as Limassol's already much-talked-about Marco Polo development, in the works. PPA is also responsible for Nicosia's very exceptional Lord Byron Tower.

The company also designs some superb villas and luxury developments, foremost amongst them Limassol's glamorous and coveted 'The Residence'.

PPA is able to offer a superb range of styles and idioms from the ultra modern to more traditional buildings influenced by a range of Cypriot vernaculars, colonial architecture and Mediterranean styles.
