It isn't, and the sterling architecture and interior design by a Miami studio headed up by husband and wife team Todd Tragash and Isabel Saavedra-Tragash serves up proof sufficient so as to to dispel any notion of this. Both Todd and Isabel studied architecture at the university of Florida where they met in 1982. They founded the STA Architectural Group in 1985 and have many important projects to their credit including Emilio and Gloria Estefan's Costa d'este Resort and Spa in Vero Beach,,the model home and the spa at Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles, the Fisher Island Beach Club as well as the island master-plan, numerous top Miami area shopping villages and eateries etc.

Their homes are amongst the most opulent and tasteful that you will ever find. each totally unique and featuring stunning exterior architecture, inspired by Miami Modernist, Deco and international modernist design and some of the most sumptuous and tasteful decor that the 21st century can produce. Their work is really at the pinnacle of contemporary American design and in my estimation they rank, as well as being outstanding architects, amongst the greatest contemporary interior designers of the age.
